Fibroflare - No Walk

The subject about says it all.  The pain I had yesterday turned out to be the start of a giant fibroflare.  If I had realized that, I probably wouldn't have walked yesterday either.  By the time I went to bed last night, I was in so much pain that I was whimpering as I climbed the stairs.

Don't know if I'll be walking tomorrow - it depends on my pain levels.
