I have had lots of homes in my lifetime - though most were rentals. Even with the rentals, they were still "home", but they never truly felt like "Mine". I made it - damned long ass trip that it was - 8 days! Though the first day we only drove 2 hours as we left so late in the afternoon. So I put in an offer on another house. This one is a 3 bedroom/2 bath colonial built in 1850. Hard wood floors, nice big rooms, cute deck and a sun room. The only major thing that I don't like is the yard is horribly small, but I can deal with that - my dogs aren't really outside dogs at all, the only thing they go out in the yard for is to go ( Read more... )

for various reasons, none the least of which was it is essentially a 2 bedroom house, masquerading as a 3 bedroom due to a larger closet downstairs. God, I'd kill for that bathroom though.
