After hardly sleeping all night, only lightly dozing, I got round to Goldhawk Road, on the underground, and got the fabric for the Glinda skirt.  4 metres was *JUST* enough, literally about 5" spare. I then dragged myself into Uni, and made this fabric into the skirt for Glinda, it's a base for the attachment of bubbles.  Proper petersham waistband ( Read more... )

All week I have been working flat-out, sewing til midnight, yet nothing seems to be getting DONE.  Nothing's finished.  Arrrrghhhhhh!!!!!!

I fail at keeping track of what I've been up to!  So I'm just gonna list where I've got to now.  It'll be dull, don't bother reading...

GLINDA: 
SO FAR:  Underskirt done, bar a fastening.  Needs fitting.

I have not, actually, completely wasted today, despite having the most tenuous grip on the vertical, and a splitting headache all day.

I have been researching.  I have found almost all the logos on Caboose's costume (ok, one I've only got in red not green, but that's what colorise is for!) So now I know what they are, and can blow them up and print ( Read more... )
