Zoo visit with pictures
I had a free pass to the zoo that expired today, so I went to the zoo this morning, since the weather was stupidly nice today. Seriously, it's going to hit 70 today. That's not normal.

I'm still in Tucson on thanksgiving vacation, but I figured that I'd post a few photos from the trip. This gallery has pictures from sunset over Tucson on Thanksgiving day, and more pictures from a hike we did in Catalina State Park. It must be fun to be a kitten.
Everything is so much bigger than you are and can be climbed on without worry that you will knock it over. You've got a sufficient strength-to-weight ratio that you can claw your way up vertical surfaces without much problem. Everyone thinks you're adorable. So... kitten.
My neighbors know that I'm a crazy cat lady. So when one of the kittens that had been living under my air conditioner being all feral passed out from hunger and exhaustion in one of their front yards, it was, naturally, brought to my attention. Notes on several random, heavy subjects
My washing machine decided to commit suicide yesterday, vomiting various parts out of the bottom and shedding some vanes off of the drum, cracking it. It is pretty much toast. I've got a new motorcycle, that I bought myself for my birthday. It's a 2007 Yamaha YZF600R Thundercat. Yes, Thundercat. European market bikes get way better names than American market ones. Like Thundercat and Fireblade. Stuff sold here gets ( Read more... )
