This has been a reaaally busy weekend so far. We had "prom" Friday night at the youth group, which was a lot of fun. We dressed up as Kurt (and looked pretty good doing it ;) ) and took our friend Kelly along. So we got home yesterday from our trip. It was a LOT of fun- we visited five colleges: Hofstra, Northeastern U, Boston U, Cornell, and Bucknell. Out of those, Hofstra was AWFUL (ugly campus, bad information session.. generally unimpressive), Bucknell bored me, and Cornell was all right. But NE and Boston were AMAZING ( Read more... )

 Things have been pretty good the past few days. Last night was an amazing MYA; I brought some friends, and lots of friends were there, especially Joey and Luke, who I love. :) There were some Arcadia students and somebody from the HRC there to talk to us.  Well, things have been busy the past week. Dad's house is getting a desperately needed makeover (our bathroom, patio door, kitchen cabinets, and more things to come.  Last night was amazing! MYA had an ice cream social, so after introductions we got to go outside and eat ice cream and draw on the sidewalk with chalk. XD Intros were fun- in response to the "don't assume" rule, I murmured "and species," at the end. Got an elbow from Brendan, but it was worth it.
