As in seeing the old year with 20-20 hindsight.

On this, the official last day of 2007, it is hard for me not to look back at what has occurred (mostly because there’s nothing happening at work and I’m bored). It’s been quite a whirlwind year:

I got married.
I got accepted to grad school.
I turned 25.
I learned a teeny bit of Italian.

Holy crap.
I officially started going by Beth Kelley at work yesterday, and it's weird. I still haven't turned in any official paperwork, so for all legal purposes I’m still a Huetter, but already becoming a Kelley feels like a big deal and yet like there hasn’t been anything big about it.

I got to perform sound effects for Ryan Stiles.

My coworkers took me out for a bachelorette party, which was loads of fun, and took me to the Upfront Improv Theater, owned and often performed in by Ryan Stiles. It just seems like everything is getting piled back onto me, and no matter how much I try to pass the buck off to someone else, it just comes back to me. Teeth: I went back to the dentist today and got a squirty thing to squirt water in the divots where my wisdom teeth once were. I asked the nurse and the doctor why my one tooth hurts so much, and while the nurse gave me the info on the chart, she basically blew me off. The doctor, however, was much more willing to discuss what exactly was going on:
