Not that it's been a bad day. On the home front things have been nice. Some of the grown kids were around, one granddaughter was here, too.  Good eats, good company, good coffee. Drove to town to watch some fireworks, heard from an out of state friend.

Glorious rain. It started last night and continued all day. Seems to have stopped now so the kids' hope of snow this time may be dashed.  The mountains have been socked in so we can't tell if they had snow and if they did how far down towards us it came. I'm trying not to be so nocturnal and failing. I teach some AM classes in the spring and will have to adjust by then or spend a few weeks dying as my days force the adjustment. What I need is a big ole monitoring job. That would do the trick. hahahaha

Got keys in hand today!  A key for everyone.  Took two of the girls out there today to measure windows and putz around the property.  Kids have begun lining up who gets which rooms.  Michael and the rest of the crew brought home a rental truck and began piling in stuff.  We have so much stuff.
