This is a show I only drop in on occasionally. (I was pretty faithful at the beginning, but I got annoyed when they dumped all the ducklings at once.) Wow, that is a lot of blood. Blood in 3-D. Blood as wallpaper patterns. Blood in arcs and splatters and lacy dribbles. Lots more blood than Dexter. And body parts that are severed with distressing neatness -- has any of these animators ever cut up so much as a chicken in real life ( Read more... )

This is a fantastic vid: Buffy vs. Edward: Twilight Remixed. Yup, all the butt-kickin' you wish Bella would do, and good reminder of everything we loved about Buffy from the beginning.

We are almost through Season 1 of Dexter, thanks to cordelia_v's son, who loaned us the first two seasons on DVD. I did not know what to expect, and in fact felt fairly negative about the concept at first. I'm quite hooked now, though.
