I ran to my Buddy Dave's house, which is about 8 miles, (not really sure, I'll measure it) in 58 minutes... I was pumped I don't know how I did it, I've never run that far in my life. Then we worked for a few hours and after went to Papa Gino's and had a feast.

Some crap for abs, I always HATE doing abs so its usually less than I should do.
I ran two miles with one mile at a 6 minute pace. The goal is 3 miles in 18:00... I'll be happy if I can get to 20:00.

So we had the Men's retreat at my church this weekend. We were supposed to camp out and have a sweet man weekend but the rain and EEE kinda put a stop to that. So I'm at Wendy's today and I'm thinkin what to get. I decide to get chicken strips and a frosty. I ran 2 miles with 6 100meter interval sprints at BSC.
Then at the RAC I just screwed around and did some light lifting.

I ran to the gym which is like 3 miles, worked out then ran home.

and maddd situps/crunches/leg raises

it felt pretty good... then i went to bridgewater and played a lil touch football and called it a night
