I ran to the gym which is like 3 miles, worked out then ran home.
Wide grip pullups- 10,10,10
Close grip chinups- 10,10,10
Pushups- 50,50
and maddd situps/crunches/leg raises
it felt pretty good... then i went to bridgewater and played a lil touch football and called it a night
...now its time to go EAT!
