These are pictures of a Russian style winter hunt. The costumes are gorgeous. Everyone is blasting forward at speed and look either like they're having a blast, or sitting absolutely perfect like they're not riding sidesaddle in freezing weather at a full gallop. !!

David Hewlett is in an episode of Hudson & Rex!!! Makes sense, since it's Canadian and all.

There's nothing really interesting on cable, so I switched to netflix, thinking 'Heavy Rescue 401' could be a good show to put on while I read fanfic. But nooo, stupid show. Check this place out. Just watched a special on its building on NatGeo. It was gorgeous and freaky, but then they *started letting the sea in, OMG, WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?!*
Although with that first picture, anyone else want to go for a swim? lol

So, I tried the shipping boots on Zolar about the time we had 20 minutes to go. heh. It's always like cats with tape on their paws the first time they walk in them. Needless to say, they didn't all make it all the way there. He shucked the left front. I'm currently considering whether to keep them or not.
