I've been working on this for 3 months.  It's time for a little break.  I'm camping this weekend.  So I spent most of what would have been "Week 13" preparing for the big trip.  A lot of things that have to be done before I go is like:

• Clean all the bathrooms
• grocery shop for the house
• grocery shop for the trip
• Get my nails done

So,  17.5 days off... In a row.  Wow.  That's a lot of time off.  Did I use it as wisely as I should have?  I'm not really sure, let's take a look at it.

I decided not to go into work today.  One more day of Vacation.  I just couldn't see the point of going back for just one day.  So I ended up with 17.5 days of vacation.  I must say I definitely needed it.  But I am also glad to be getting back to work and a schedule.  My biggest mistake over this entire vacation is I slept in nearly everyday till ( Read more... )

I am going tomorrow to check out the chiromedmassage people up the street.  The pain in my back (from the spill at the waterfall in november) has moved to my hip as well as my neck.  I have thrown my back out of whack before and a nice long deep tissue massage put it back right.  I think that may be what I need this time as well.  If that doesn't ( Read more... )

Yesterday I was able to watch the last 5 episodes on the grid.  Thanks to a marathon on USA network I got to see 3, a disk from blockbuster showed up with the last one for season 4 and the loan of Season 3 on DVD from Mike (he brought it to walking last night).  So I am 100% caught up.  I am so excited to actually complete a list.

Well here at the Ranch (or split-level if you want to be technical about it)... I spent the day cleaning the yard.  Mowing and cleaning lets just say it was 4 hours I spent outside trying to make sense of it.  I have let it go for far too long and the 4 hours I spent back there took a chunk (though it is a small chunk) of the backyard to dos off ( Read more... )
