I turned a $38 sucker bet into a $103.20 payout. but only walked away with $20.
Yeah. I got screwed. I learned a lesson. don't trust Ben on money matters.
It's all good though. It proved my strategy is right on like donkey kong.
the race was unbelieveable! That freakin horse had a rocket up it's bottom and lit out like lightning.
No we didn't go to the infield this year. We went to Ma and Pa's. Appetizers all day. Entree's after the Derby Race.
Though, I thought that lighting a cigarette near the propane ... that they had just leaked out ... wasn't very safe.
I know that Pa and I did take a couple steps back when that happened. Nothing exploded luckily...
It was cold and Rainy. And I have done a derby like that before... My very first one. It was soooo miserable and unfun...It never ceases to amaze me that I went back the next year. I am glad I did. Great people, tons of fun.
thursday the Parade was a bust though. Celebrities were a bunch of pansies. They were scared of a possibility of rain. What losers.
Next year will be better. At least the festivities. Joe says its not cold 2 derbies in a row. And Joe Knows. Joe doesn't say much, but he' s rarely wrong when he does.
Did some caching. I have no Idea how many at this moment. It's in the GPS. I'll deal with it when I get a chance. Bunch of freakin number running skirtlifters. The only thing I can say is that it was raining and going into the woods was really not an option. They pretty much hide the same way up there as we do up here. Nothing surprising. At least I finally got back out there.
cupcake and charley were a blast. cute as all get out. I wish I had gotten a picture of cupcake, but I was too busy playing with her instead. And charley... he is a total stud. I dont' think he ever stops smiling or wagging his tail. what sweet babies.
All in all I had a great time. I always do. I actually know people whose life is more insane than my own. My sides still ache from laughing so hard!
The image of Poor Brady "Pork and Beaning" (dry heaving) was hysterical. and the Text from Bryna "NaNa just called 2 girls Whores" was hilarious.
I guess you had to be there. If you had been your sides would be achin' too.
