When I read news reports on the death of someone like Jennifer Gale of Austin Tx. I am like a young child who asks "why the sky is blue?". Why should such a thing happen? I ran across this in a post on another transgender forum and the implications of this rule are scary indeed. It in effect gives anyone in the medical profession the right to refuse care to anyone based on their moral, ethical, or religious beliefs.
