My physical therapist "graduated" me on Tuesday, basically saying there's nothing more she can do for me right now, and that I can come back once I have my next steroid shot. I feel cheated. It's been a rather busy day today, but a sleepy, restful weekend overall. Glad for the holiday today and the extra day off, plus I left work early on Friday to go to the Fair with my parents, so all in all it was a nice long weekend. Went to lunch at The Tavern on France with the VP of Marketing and a bunch of my other co-workers today. It was a lot of fun, and the food was amazing good. I will definitely go back there. I don't know what's wrong with me. I feel so listless and depressed. Even gardening today didn't really raise my spirits, nor did ordering Szechuan dumplings from my favourite Chinese place. I returned from the most relaxing trip up north on Wednesday. I needed to get away so badly, and I was in desperate need of seeing my lake again. This morning I helped my mum plant two rose bushes and seven strawberry plants.
