Paperwork backlog from the time I was LOL'd, among other things, kept me out of the Nexus for a bit. I took some time off from catching up on paperwork and went to visit Leviathan to give her a late birthday present. I think she liked it. Despite getting drunk and having another reason to dislike a Lumine alternate, I think it helped a bit. Talking with Zero later helped as well. I think I needed that. X hadn't gotten much sleep the night after he was discharged from the medward. He'd tried, but he hadn't been able to stay asleep for long. So he'd left and headed to the Nexus. If anything could distract him from his thoughts, he'd probably find it in the Nexus.
