I talked with Kaa the other day in the Nexus. I've never seen a snake grin before. I've also never gotten a backrub from one before. For someone without hands, Kaa's pretty good at it.
His world sounds fascinating. The kind of multi-species collaboration between animal species he talked about must be something to see. I have to wonder just how much equality exists between species. And how long it took to reach that point?
How long will it take reploids and humans to reach that point?
Zanzibar has been doing a good job of keeping Axl's Ditto company while we're on duty. I'm going to have to find a way to stop the betting pool on who's going to impress the second firelizard that's been hanging around HQ, though. Either that or bet on Axl.
Finally found a materia that Zanzibar seems to like using. Only problem is, it's the lightning materia. His aim is getting better, at least.
Signas wasn't too happy about the power grid shorting out, even temporarily. Called me in the other day to tell me I was on leave till next week. He's even got my assistant in on it. She locked me out of my office. I did pick out a new vidscreen tv today, though. So that's something.
Zero, Axl, and I are coordinating to take a day off together. Reality Vanish has a beach with surf and no paparazzi lurking in hopes of shirtless shots. Going to try to teach Zero to surf. I'm looking forward to it. I have an idea on where to go for lunch too.
