Axl really outdid himself this year. I'm glad I got it on record. I don't think Signas was particularly happy though. I gave the technicians a break, though, and stopped the playback loop on HQ's nonessential televid channels after about fifteen minutes.
I managed to avoid getting caught in Axl's prank this year. Though Zero was an unfortunate casualty of the mess. I waited it out in the Nexus with Zanzibar.
Also, it's my two-year anniversary of first coming to the Nexus. I figured I should commemorate it by asking a question.
I met a very young alternate of myself. I'm somewhat surprised his family lets him wander around the Nexus with just Rush, the dog, keeping an eye on him. I also met the Blues from the same world as my long-haired alternate. He has a bronze firelizard hatchling. I helped explain April Fool's pranks to Ginta. And Aya decided she wanted to help me celebrate my two-year anniversary. We visited a blues club in New Orleans in an early 20th century timeline.
All in all, it was an interesting day.
