Wrote a lot today, more than I thought I would; a chapter and a half. I have a lot of school tomorrow, but hopefully that won't slow me down. I'm probably going to take tomorrow off. Not because I've been writing a lot and I need a break; far from it. It's just what I had to do to end Part 2 was...taxing. It was one of the hardest things I've ever written. That's all I'll say, for fear of spoilers.

 Fixed it; it ended up MUCH better. I think the pacing works quite divinely now (get it? the book is about GODS. HAHAHA), even if the thing is at a freaking 141k. Yeah. It's too long.
Anyway, the new chapter 19 is MUCH better, and is 200% discovery writing, and I actually had some ideas I thought were pretty brilliant that made it in there ( ( Read more... )

All of chapter 19. TONS of twists here, guys, though mostly reveals. In a rewrite, I might find a way to pace them better, but for now I'm pleased with how it all turned out. As a mini spoiler:

-Useless doesn't drink beer in this chapter (gasp!)
