I think now that when i left, if i had been more involved, maybe, just maybe, i might've changed my mind. They said they had big plans for me, but i wasn't involved in any of that conversation; i wasn't a co-creator. It's hard to go from being very very involved, to not.

Today was my first day at my other (?) job! I woke up very excited, and am not very tired. I was only worried about not eating enough, but turns out I had too much.

I wish people wrote more, like before. I often think about people but I think it's too much to reach out. If I could passively read about how they're doing, their moment-t0-moment thoughts, I would like that. I wonder how people are doing during this pandemic? For a few weeks now, it seems, I've switched to quarantining at home! I am sooo scared of going outside that my only in-the-world interactions were driving Jan to pick up food/other things. I went for a walk 2x since quarantining in mid-March. I literally can't believe it's only been a little more than 2 months of this...feels like much longer.

Yesterday, one of my "colleagues" left the Y to move to Yosemite. He and his family bought a market and will be operating it. It seems to be very fitting for this guy. I will be so glad when this work week is over. "always feeling behind" is what we say. I also have 3 jobs in my 1 position.

The kids were so inspiring; so confident; so hopeful. I like that I'm helping build them up to "be the change." They're already writing legislative bills! Lobbying! Advising!
