"Hide" is my favorite of the season too! (Though I still haven't seen "Journey to the Centre of the TARDIS.") I actually quite liked this season/half-season in terms of the episodic adventures. Granted, there weren't any truly amazing episodes (like, say, "The Doctor's Wife"), but there weren't any rage-inducing episodes either (except "Asylum of the Daleks," which I hate with a fucking passion). Specifically with this back half: "The Bells of Saint John" I found stupid but not offensively so; "The Rings of Akhaten" I think was the best Clara-being-an-actual-person episode; "Cold War" reminded me a bit of "The Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit"; "Hide" was beautiful and creepy and touching; "The Crimson Horror" was . . . not my taste, but it was fine, I guess; "Nightmare In Silver" was a fun idea (and I also love Warwick Davis a lot); and "The Name of the Doctor," while held together by the thinnest strands of logic, was actually surprisingly interesting to me (including the twist ending, but maybe I'm just blinded by my love for John

oh, but I have got to say, I LOVE CLARA and I ship whouffle like burning I never loved the ponds as much as I love clara. It's probably all due to jenna louise coleman, I think.
