Ah the workouts... was considering whether I should try to do more "fat burning" workout, meaning less intense to keep the heart rate out or cardio range. Did that Monday and Tuesday, but overall was not impressed with the results - it didn't feel like a workout. So I think I'm going to keep the actual running bit and then just add an extra 10
