Jogged 2.7 miles, then situps. Felt good to be back - the small muscle in my lower back is complaining, but in a general sort of way, not attached to any partiucular motion - and running was painless.
Woke up for my 8:30am meeting, which my boss canceled at 8:25am. meh. went to the gym and had some breakfast, and then started to feel kinda icky
