OK.
I've got a weird question.
It's about child pornography.
No, I don't have any or want any.
Sheesh.
1. Is it illegal for someone under age to possess pornography of someone else under age? (I'm talking like two sixteen year olds or something like that of similar ages.)
2. If not (which I can see how our country could still consider it illegal) does the person have to get rid of the stuff when they turn eighteen for fear of being prosecuted?
3. What about pornographic materials of oneself from when you where under age? (Not talking naked baby pictures... talking something dirty.)
This came up during a conversation where my friend said that someone who is sixteen had taken dirty pictures of herself and sent them to a friend, also under age. It got me curious cuz if it is illegal and the gov't would prosecute someone with it no differently then they would an adult I want to let her know.
