Anesthesia is for wimps...???

I went to the dentist a couple days ago to get a filling replaced and while I'm laying down in the chair, the dentist says, "Well, do you want to try this without anesthesia?"  I laugh and say, "Ha! Not funny."  His reply, "Come on, give it a chance.  Just let me know if it gets uncomfortable

Yes, I've occasionally had it without anaesthetic - if it's a good dentist its okay.

Ah, there is only one answer to that question: NO! Not to mention, "And if you know what's good for you, you won't ask again!" Followed closely by, "Drugs! I want drugs! And gas! And music! And also drugs!"
