Yesterday I wrote horror, today I wrote a tragedy. I just saw the prompt and went for it. Poor Adam and Cam-they are so lonely.

I am afraid for them-Cam is depressed and trying her hardest not to screw up her daughter. Adam is a good father, but watching the Stonewall riot almost broke his heart. It made him feel like he missed a chance, that it's too late for him. I hope it isn't.

Thanks. This is one of the few stories I've written that seems to have no way out. I don't know what they're going to do, if anything.

I saw het!Adam and was like SCROLL. then i saw it was you and i was like wait a minute. so i read the prompt and clicked. and im so glad i did. this was so poignant and sad and heartbreaking.

I'm worried about Cam the most in this one-she's teetering on the edge of a nervous breakdown more than Adam is. The social expectations on the two of them are suffocating her.
