ok first off..for anyone who knows me...and i mean really really knows me..you would know that i absolutely love my job..i love what i do..its fun..i have a good time..also if you know me you know that i have a slight anxiety issue which i have more recently started taking medicine for.. also you would know that normally i'm a super bubbly dorky ( Read more... )

good point.. and thanks for reading it and giving me your input..i felt like this was handled the wrong way but i wanted other opinions on it as well..

its so weird because i often get compliments and have had some called in or emailed..and i even get messages on freaking MYSPACE from people telling me that they are always so stoked to see me at the counter because i'm so nice and helpful to them..

who knows..you ask your customers to email about you?

i dont ask them , they usually just ask me if we have comment forms to fill out. like clinique does.
so i usually just direct them to maccosmetics.com

Belk...not MAC...but Belk...has these comment card things where your customers rate their experience in the store and with specific employees. What you shuold do is have everyone you can...generally regular customers and friends you feel comfortable asking...fill these out everytime they are in the store. When you get tons of these coming in the Belk store will totally let MAC know what an asset to the counter you are ( ... )

thanks a bunch.. i know i can have my customers email mac directly and all comments whether good or bad go straight to our president he reads them all then they trickle back down to the management..so i am going to suggest this to my customers when they are gushing about how awesome i am and what good service i give..im going to write down the address for them so they can let someone other than me know..

i know sometimes i can be negative..but this day was not a time when i was being negative at all..i just felt ill and i had let the right people know that i wasn't in good health and that i had six vials of blood drawn the day before and i was just nauseous.. thats all nothing else was wrong..i was in a perfectly good mood..

lets get lunch soon ok?
