I read all four Twilight books, mainly so I could take part in the overall conversation. I have major problems with them, but I'm not sorry I read them. I've certainly read more painful stuff than that in my mind, although I think I've memory-blocked most of it.

That light show on Friday was something else, wasn't it??!!

I keep getting asked about the Twilight books since I write about vampires. I tell whoever asks that I'm firmly against them. That usually stops the conversation.

I just finished reading the Twilight series, and I found it interesting enough from an academic sociological point of view, even if I wanted to repeatedly bang my head against the wall whilst reading it.
