Depends on whether you are my enemy, Little Pillar.
It's not that most of us aren't already used to eating fish without end, but the taste buds need variety. (What I would do for some peanut butter about now.)
Stevia, it's a plant very similar to sugar though it does not cause blood glucose spikes the way sugar does. For now, we've got to carefully ration the actual cane because, dammit, I want to boil it for blackstrap and make RUM. But I guarantee when you have three of these in your mouth at once, you won't notice it isn't cane sugar (or high fructose corn syrup like they use in commercial cooking).
Much of the thanks goes to Jirou-san and Tachibana-san, for what they had established before I arrived. If I had to bake these in the sun, it might have taken quite a while. The oven was very helpful.
I wouldn't recommend it, it's difficult to get them hot enough to properly cook the egg, but in times of desperation improvisation also becomes desperate.

What are they made of, though?

Rice flour, stevia, cinnamon, butter, eggs. They may not taste quite like a true snickerdoodle, but I thought everyone could use a pick-me-up.
