[Suffice to say... Marco's suspicious. As you might expect. So he'll just happen to perch on the Roof of 24 and chill out watching and waiting for this mystery person. Sure, it's probably nothing, but then if it's a friendly person he can talk to them about ships and such. Why not.]

[Shortly after Marco shows up, Teach comes out of CH3, carrying a table and a banner on his shoulders, and some chairs in his hands. Once he gets to House 24, he sets down the table and starts setting up.

It's not much - the banner, with "COOKS APPLY HERE" written on it, gets tied to the front of the table, and he sits down on the chair, which strains under his weight. He's got a piece of paper sitting in front of him to take down names and other important information, but all in all, it's a rather sparse set-up.]

[It doesn't take as long for Blackbeard to make his responses anonymous - he's had practice, so that helps to speed up the process.] The ship is named the Joanna Joyce, and she's the fastest ship in these waters, or so I've been told.

I have had the privilege of being a passenger on the Joyce, I believe, if it is the only ship here as I have been led to understand.

I think so. I heard there were other people who wanted to build ships, but that was a while ago. [And, even if they did build ships, he would try to sink them, just for the sake of doing something with Jack's his ship.]

Have you worked on a ship before, then?

There's still an opening, yes. Stop by whenever you can; we'll be set up all day. [Immediately after writing this down, Blackbeard grabs his supplies and his journal, and rushes to House 24 as quickly as he can. He wasn't exactly prepared for this, but he's not going to pass this up.]
