[Given the responses to previous attempts at recruiting, Blackbeard's decided to try a different approach this time around. At some point during the day, the following words will be written across the journal network in an almost-legible scrawl.]

Do you like BOATS, ADVENTURE, SAILING, COOKING, and THE OCEAN?
If ANY of those interest YOU, come to the BOOTH outside of HOUSE 24 to audition for a REALLY IMPORTANT CHEF'S POSITION in a RAPIDLY GROWING GROUP! You will be PAID for your work!
Bring a SAMPLE of your cooking!
[He stayed up all night with a dictionary to make sure that he spelled everything correctly. He's barely managed to make it so this post is anonymous, though it shouldn't be too difficult to guess who it is. Admittedly, the promised payment is just a share of the loot from any pillaging attempts, but he figures it might get some attention. He might not live in House 24, but it's the closest empty house that he could find.]
