Making progress on Edgar and Scri's shell still! I'll probably post some more gifs of it later... it's tricky since ghosts take so much time and focus, it's hard to get anything else done. I SWEAR I'M DOING STUFF EVEN IF I'M NOT POSTING MUCH i mean I still am but
Anyway, it's that time of year again! Aaahhh I went back to see last year's post for holiday requests, and I mention saying that I think I lost my hat ;___; I still can't believe it's gone, that hat was so important to me and I lost it and it hurts and hurts whenever I think about it. I loved it so much and I just forgot it somewhere!! How could I do that!!! I want to believe that maybe I'll find it again someday but so long has gone by, I don't know if I'll ever see it again. How could I let this happen aaaghhhh
I gotta focus, can't get caught up in that. Holiday requests! Let's get started. I really can't promise how timely I'll be in filling these out, haha. but I will try to get to them all if I can... eventually. Depending on how many I get, I mean.
So! If you want a little holiday sketch, leave a comment here and ask for one! These will be quick, silly doodles in Sai - you may want to look at previous years for an idea of what they look like ( 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, and 2009). Requests are closed on January 1st, so if you want one you got to make it in December.
A few stipulations:
-Don't ask for like a million characters. Along the same lines don't ask for gross stuff, use your common sense here (if you're an exception to this rule, you already know who you are). Don't try to trick me into drawing gross stuff either, that's not cool.
-Link me to some reference pictures, unless you know I know the source material pretty well already. Please do this, it saves me SO much time.
-One request per person. Anonymous is fine. Don't try to duck around this. You can make multiple suggestions in ONE comment for me to pick from, but I'll only do one of them.
-I may interpret your request in a way you don't expect - that's the risk you take! No refunds, haha.
-If you're too embarrassed to post the request publically you can send me an LJ or tumblr note about it.
-If you request something I don't feel comfortable drawing I may ask you to ask for something else.
-I'm way more likely to spend more time on your request if it's something I'm already interested in.
When I finish the sketch, I'll reply to your comment with it, so don't worry that I'm ignoring you, haha. Unless its just a general chatty comment or something.
If you want to do something for me in return, really if you can find my hat I'd be eternally grateful ;_; But I know that's not really realistic. Anything lady related is a good bet, or Handplates related, although since Vargas made a huge resurgence this year out of nowhere, I'd also be happy with something with them as well, haha. If you actually want to spend money for some reason (!?), I like video game remix albums if you can find them, and paid time for Dreamwidth or LJ wouldn't be bad (I'm pretty sure you can buy paid time for others on here?) but I'm just throwin stuff out there. I'm also still looking for hats... I mean, aside from the one I lost.
