~Fun with EarthBound - The Razing of the...hey wait
We're getting very very close to the end now, folks. :O
So I picked up a link to the People's Remix Competition (PRC) from OCR, and as a result found some pretty neat remixes. The idea behind PRC is that someone selects a song from a game, then everyone has a week to remix it. Then at the end of that week, there's a week of voting where everyone votes for which remix they liked the most. Then the winner gets to choose the next theme to remix. Given that you only have a week to work on it, some of the remixes are a bit dodgy, but some of them are really pretty neat. And also since there's a rule that you can't choose a song that's already been remixed on OCR before, there's a wide selection of songs from really obscure games, which is always a plus. :D
STILL FURIOUSLY GAY FOR VIDEOGAME REMIXES, THAT'S ME I really need to go check out Dwelling of Duels again, it's been a long time since I last cleaned it out.

When you're diamondized you're dead, for all intents and purposes. You can't move or do anything, and...
The screen turns red just like if you were dead. If you get diamondized when you're the last person standing, you lose the battle and die. And you can see there that since Ness got diamondized, Paula is the next in command, so she gets the Auto Fight and Run Away commands. Those commands will keep moving along as more people die, so it'd got to Jeff next, then if he died, Poo.
Only healers can cure diamondization, I think. That and Horn of Life/Cup of Lifenoodles, or PSI Healing Omega.

As you can see, it's like Ness and Poo are dead for all intents and purposes. Darn it.
Hahahahaha diamond people. I think Diamond Dog can diamondize people in your party, to make that battle even more annoying than it was before.

There was some other 1/128 item the enemies around here drop, but I can't remember what it is or who has it. I'm pretty sure it's not a meteotite though cause I've gotten two of them so far, and I have notoriously bad luck with the 1/128 items.

Having Poo mirror a Ghost of Starman is convenient because then he can use Starstorm without having to use any PP in the process. Haha lazy.

There was some other 1/128 item the enemies around here drop, but I can't remember what it is or who has it. I'm pretty sure it's not a meteotite though cause I've gotten two of them so far, and I have notoriously bad luck with the 1/128 items.
