So yesterday was just bleck. Kittycat22 left and everything went sour. I found out that there is no daycare hope except "hopefully by Christmas" in one case. So I got depressed. Set up 2 nanny interviews. Then found out that it appears I have to be certified before taking the new job- not really possible, so I'm not sure what's going on there. Also ( Read more... )

Got a nap today. Going to take another right now. Went to the mall while DH stayed in the car with sleeping baby. Got some more nursing bras as 3 are NOT enough when you soak them with milk and one isn't that comfortable anyway.

Yay! I got my first check from my first full-time permant-like job in my chosen field. Okay, my first full-time permanent-like job anywhere. And it's sort of weird. I just accepted a new job. Start training tomorrow- at 8 am. That sucks since I have work from 12-9 tomorrow. And I only get two weeks to give notice to my current employer. So I have to jump on that tomorrow. I'm saddened. I like working there. It's just not full time. So, now I will be a fulltimer, but with whack-ass hours. (5am-1:30pm)

Had fun tonight... went to Zaxby's with my parents and DH, saw War of the Worlds (very freaky!), and went to Bruster's. (Although I had no icecream- was full from Zaxby's!) I got my birthday present- a sewing machine! YAY! I can make those four or five things I've been dreaming of making. After I figure out how to work it... and put it somewhere. ( Read more... )
