Haha. I guess I didn't really say anything that we didn't all already know, but damn, just, that line and Dean's willingness to take responsibility for everything bad...I just had to reprise why he does that. :)
I had a really great long comment praiseing you and the damn lj ate it. I can never recreate it. But lets just say I echo everyone else in their praise and how well you write Dean and Sam and their personal issues. thanks and I love love the last line!
That's so frustrating when that happens! And LJ has been very temperamental lately. Anyway, thank you so much. So pleased to hear that you enjoyed the story. :D
Your welcome, If you are interested may I recomend a fic by safiyabat called Bad Seed. It is the flip side of this story of yours. It is about how Sam feels and how he thinks Dean feels about him. I think is a good character exploration. Just thouht you might be interested.
This one cuts. And aaaahhhh I love the way you worked the episode title into that last paragraph--really wonderful use of/expansion on that. <33333 I love this!
Thank you. The episode title was prominent in my mind when I started writing and I was thinking that Dean would see himself as a bad seed and then I got sidetracked into thinking about victim blaming and Dean's psychology and so on and yes, I wanted to finish with the title because that, along with Dean's line, is what triggered the thought processes that led to the fic! Glad you enjoyed. :D
