We may close the tag set for short periods of time to apply fixes, depending on how much slower the interface is when the set is open.
Please note that a lot of characters have been disambiguated by the fandom they are in - this is a function of how tag sets work. We are trying to ensure that characters remain in the fandom(s) where they were nominated to help people see which fandoms and characters they want to offer or request. While some tags have ended up being disambiguated that do not need it, we will not be removing the disambiguation, because it does no harm.
For example: Annie (Treme) from Treme and Annie (Smith) from Smith (US TV) both are characters names Annie who do not have last names in canon.
Also, fandoms appearing in multiple media categories is not something we can correct most of the time. It is due to the fact that wranglers assign fandoms to all the relevant media types.
Some characters are in the Unassociated bin, and some fandoms are not yet catogorised by media type. These are being sorted and do not need to be reported. If you can't find your fandom, check there before panicking.

Form for simple changes: if you would like to report duplicate characters or fandoms, or spelling mistakes, please fill in this google form. Check the results of it first to see if the mistake has already been reported - duplicate reports do nothing but waste everyone's time.
We are doing it this way rather than via comments because it gives an easy list of things to be corrected and will hopefully make it easier for everyone to see which problems have already been caught.

There are still some questions outstanding from the the last post. If you still have characters or fandoms unreviewed, check there to see if we need more information. If you have evidence to help us find an unapproved fandom, please add it to the evidence post.
2046 (2004) Two characters are ambiguous: Su Li Zhen and Wang Jing Wen/Android
Hafez (14th century Persian poet) nominated with characters Hajji Zayn al-Attar, Shakh-e Nabat. We'd like clarification on whether this is intended to a rpf nom with these three characters.
Hellsing anime or manga?
Radioactive (Music Video) needs an artist. There are many, many videos to various versions of this song.
A Time to Kill Book or movie?
Winx Club comics or cartoons
19th Century CE France RPF Alexandre Dumas pere or fils?
Contesting Rejections or Acceptances
Please provide details of the reason you think a change should be made (eg with numbers from ff.net, AO3, other archives, etc). We have looked at the numbers for all the fandoms, but are willing to consider reasoned arguements for changes
