We've had a few queries about this, so I thought I'd clarify.
Christian Bible (Old Testament) and Jewish Scripture and Legend have identical character sets though the forms may be different to reflect different naming practices and the tag set limits. The Jewish tag defaulted to Jewish Scripture and Legend to encompass all the nominated characters, several of whom do not appear in the Tanakh but in the external books, such as Yehudit | Judith.
The Greek & Roman thing was an error, the tags are now sorted between Greek Mythology, Roman Mythology, plus a stray Aenid and a stray Odyssey nom. The tagmod decided on Roman Mythology for these characters because the sources checked were very divided on the historicity of the characters. Not only were they divided, but they were also divided per the characters nommed (2 leaned very close to historical, 2 leaned more towards lore/legends).
Because these were nommed as a set, the tagmod opted for Roman Mythology. In the archive, these tags (if they are written for) will go both to Roman Mythology and Roman History.
admin,
