If you think you have any fault in the matter, don't blame it on yourself.
Who people are and become is a reaction to a sum of experiences.
We all influenced eachother and over the years have become totally different people. There was choice involved, and all of us apparently made very different ones.
As one of the people hated most by this particular individual, I just say let him live his life how he chooses.
I don't foresee his anger or hatred towards me causing me to change my life for the better or worse, so I choose not to let if effect me.
If you can't find peace with him, find peace without him.

ummm...did I ever mention emily? at all? Nope.
So please stop getting upset with me. I never said I "felt sorry" for you. If you're happy with yourself, then that's great. But, seriously, calm down.

I gotta say though Marc, though I love you, this is a little childish this airing of petty grievances on a public post. I mean, you really need to learn how to deal with conflict in some ways. You can't change people, or make them change. If he's acting in a way that you don't like , your best bet really is to get over it and move on, because this? This is only making it worse I am so sure.

Hey, it's his journal. If it were a forum, then yeah, it would be bad taste, but this is his place. He did talk to the person about the issue before posting, so nothing about his feelings should surprise them, I think.

but what was he trying to accomplish by posting it in his journal? I think he wanted him to see and from seeing all the comments thats the exact reactions that he wanted. Yeah it is his journal it's just that airing out personal grievances (that are better left to conversations in real life. The Internet isn't real life and shouldnt be a subsisute for interaction) is tacky IMHO.

This is your journal. I believe you should be able to express whatever you need to in here. It's hard to move past something before acknowledging it fully, because otherwise that leads to repression and that can get dangerous. But enough psycho-babble.

It's the arguments in comments that make me roll my eyes, and I do think some of them should have been taken to the commenters' journals after the third in the thread, but that's just my opinion.

That said, HUGS to you.
