Our second installment of the Beer-B-Q was a tremendous success!

So, it turns out that I have some friends that like the same kinds of beer that I do.  Dark, rich, full flavored beers.  So we decided to all get together and have a little cook-out and each bring a beer that the others hadn't had yet for us all to try.

I was off work for like a month. I took some time to remodel the bathroom. Turns out I don't much like doing plumbing. The bathroom looks good, though. And will look even better when I finally finish it up. Little bit of trim, some paint, and a new heat register, and it will be a Finished Project ( Read more... )

You know, I really like my job. I don't mean that I just don't find it depressing to work everyday. I mean I actually look forward to going to work. I enjoy myself while I am there, and I feel like I've actually accomplished something when I go home at the end of the day.

As most of you have probably guesed by now, 'teh strip' has pretty much faded away.  It's not from lack of motivation so much as lack of creatvity, I think.  To compensate for this, I have gifted my sister, deblon, with a graphics tablet that will hopefully be of some use in the pursuit of her own comic, batcave scribbles.
