Mmmm Mexican Food

I had a nice time at my cooking class tonight... Fiesta Mexicana!  We learned how to make (and sampled, whee!) margaritas, enchiladas verde, chicken flautas, chicken mole, shrimp & scallop ceviche, and carne asada tacos.  For dessert, our chef bought a tres leches cake and we also had a slice of that.  I have eaten a lot of enchiladas in my day, ( Read more... )

Looks intriguing. But a little expensive (to a person who has never had a cooking class before). How long do their classes take? The ones that don't specify "This is a three hour class," I mean?

What a cool place!

And it's actually way cheaper than I thought it would be.

When we're both fabulously rich, we should do a big cooking weekend workshop after a big yoga week-long workshop. :) I think the calories might cancel each other out that way.
