Helping Japan

I'm new here but I first encountered LJ when I was reading fanfic (specifically the Vorkosigan Saga).
Now, there is a new community called "help Japan" were people auction staff, real and virtual and donate the money to help Japan (obviously).
Being new, you probably know this better than me, but it occurred to me that we could join by offering

I guess I wasn't explaining my self well enough :)
The offering and the bidding is done through the Help_Japan community (http://community.livejournal.com/help_japan/) - If you take a look at the link you'd see it's really self explanatory.
What they did in the fanfic, is keeping a post with links to offerings of stories about the Vorkosigan saga so that it would be easier to find related offers and bid for them.
I suggest that we attempt to both offer and bid for Yoga Challenges (and we could document the result any way the offerer/bidder choose - photo, text, etc). We offer and bid in the help_japan community but we send threads to a post in the Yoga community so that people who are interested in Yoga would know about it.
If anyone thinks it's a good idea I can open a post for the threads and keep it running :)

The offers and biddings are done individually - we just keep a list of the offers that are related to Yoga so that if someone wants to bid for such an offer he/she would be able to find it (there are currently about 2,000 offers so obviously finding an offer you want to bid for is a bit of a problem).
I just thought it's a cool suggestion but a suggestion is all it was :)
