Today I've been in an AcroYoga (Synergy) workshop. Although the word yoga is there it's definitely not only for yoga lovers but if you are totally alienated with your body maybe that's not the place to start the acquaintance. Yoga: Forearm Stand and false self-images
Yesterday in class I did Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana) unsupported with both legs twice. I think that qualifies me as knowing how to do it :). So, here are some scenes of me doing Forearm Stand over the years.

Yoga: Backbends and a chocolate cake
My elder sister had a baby-girl (after two boys) ten days ago and I went to visit her today with my own two. I decided to prepare some food for her and since I wanted to practice I just cooked really fast. So, here I was, at 1:30, sitting in meditation with the smells of a chocolate cake all over the house.
