I'm trying to be open minded but...can't they just finish it instead of what? Restarting it all over? ._.?

I still have a lot of work to do (painting mostly) but the stress level is way down now so I can finally start to enjoy homeownership.

I don't think they are so much restarting (as in from the beginning) as they are starting fresh from where they left off, but something still seems strange...
