The people of Gotham City were used to weird things happening in their lives. Their city was, after all, home to one of the-if not the-largest of superheroes, not to mention their entire colorful cast of villains and those weird people who were stuck somewhere in between-like Huntress ( ... )

“It’s fine,” Donna reassured her, smiling half-heartedly. “Kori and Jay have been really helpful!”
Ravager snorted. “Jay’d like to do more than help,” she said, too softly for anyone but Artemis to hear it. Artemis laughed and nodded in agreement ( ... )

Jason Peter Todd Wayne wasn’t stupid. Yes, it was distinctly possible that if the members of his family were listed by IQ he’d be last, but since pretty much everyone in his family were genii (Tim always corrected him about the plural…), it didn’t count.
The point was, he could tell that these versions of his siblings and father were avoiding him.
Dick, Damian, and even Timmy avoided conversation when they could, and eye contact when they couldn’t. Bruce left any room he entered, and either the girls didn’t live in the Manor or they were very good at evading him.
Even Alfred, although the man was far too polite to show it, was troubled by his presence. Which bothered Jason, since his Alfred had taken the appearance of Super-Spiky-Haired-Rebellious-Teenager-with-No-Fashion-Sense-Dick in stride.
Something was off in this dimension, and Jason was going to figure it out.
He decided that trying to get answers out of Tim, although probably pointless, would at least be a pretty good idea.

I loved reading about the Lady's Night Out and I can just imagine how badly Jason's conversation with Tim is going to go. I can't wait!

Tim frowned, and walked forward, placing the book on the shelf. Todd closed his own book, which Tim identified as 1984, and turned to face him. Tim almost felt, rather than see, the dimension-jumper examine him ( ... )

Cass was not happy. Jason was gone. Cass just hoped that he wasn’t in a dimension like the one where she had been.
She scowled deeply as Tim allowed his fingers to fly over the keyboard, mathematical formulas and multicolored rings that were bouncing all over like a demented screensaver alternating as her little brother attempted to narrow down what dimension Jason had gone to.
Tim was very worried, just like she was. It was a bond the two of them shared, after all. Jason was theirs, just like Tim was Steph’s, Bruce was Dick’s, and Dick was Jason and Tim’s. He had found them both. Damian was a bit different though. They were all his, in his young, possessive mind ( ... )

Damian watched Todd, a scowl fixed on his face. The man was currently in the middle of a workout regimen of sorts, and Damian was annoyed. This Todd confused him, and the youngest Wayne did not like that.
The real Jason Todd was simple and easy to figure out. A fallen hero turned murderer, who was a danger to Damian, his family, and the city that his family had sworn to protect. Yes, Father and Grayson felt guilt about how Todd had become a criminal, but Damian wasn’t bothered by that. Even the small shrine to the boy Todd had been, in the corner of the Batcave, didn’t really mean anything to Damian, except that the man was even more dangerous than many of their enemies ( ... )
