If any of you, or anyone you know, is heading to Europe anytime soon, I have a 15 Euro international phone card you can have.  It seems stupid to throw it away.

I think I might do a re-lent thing and give up lj for awhile (reading and posting both).  I need to write more for real, and I need to kind of cleanse.  So, bye till further notice.

Hey, so I reaaaaally need a job if this "going to France just the two of us, no help from parents" thing is going to work out.  Anywhere y'all know of that's hiring?  Preferably not somewhere that opens before 5AM (Einsteins was a bit of a fiasco).

And no, Vince, I am not interested in OSF.  I have heard too many horror stories.

Wait-listed at Pomona.  I sent the thing back saying I didn't want to remain on the waiting list.  So I guess it's Oberlin or U of A, and by that I mean I guess it's U of A.  Oberlin is expensive, and cold, and very very far from a certain love-of-my-life type someone. 

Got into Oberlin.  $48,000 merit-based, and probably more from FAFSA.  Post-Flinn, this is really tempting.  I don't know quite what to do.  Golly.

p.s. if i catch a single person feeling sorry for me, i WILL punch them in the nose. and that is a promise.
