Hollywood (HP) -- After months of heated talks finally broke down, the Writers' Guild of America approved a work stoppage for Monday, November 5, 2007.  Lead Negotiator for the Writers' Guild, the operative known only as "V", offered his condolences to the masses for the work stoppage.
