Um. I haven't watched it either. I have this tendency of giving myself a little preview before the subs come out. Preview here meaning I fast forward till I see Jin then watch all the Jin parts. xp
I used to have somewhat okay thighs. Then I got into high school. =(
Though I had to do those exact same exercises + exercises of doom last year during my dance class. The day after I would be begging my choir teacher not to do choreography that day because I would be sooo sore. =(

I have been trying some of these too. THEY ARE PAINFUL. VERY PAINFUL. PAINFUL TO THE POINT THAT I HAVE TO BITE MY LIP TO STOP WINCING.
I want my thighs to be like yoga-sensei's too. But hay. My legs are mostly muscle anyway because of the ridiculous amout of swimming I do. D=
