that's everyone's problem with yoga! Yes, it LOOKS easy enough -___-;; to do what yoga-sensei does you have to start with the easy things and work your way up. [/lecturing like an old lady] actually even most beginner's yoga poses will help you tone up. ALSO! you can't "spot train" Doing leg lifts and such won't get rid of cellulite. you need to do some sort of aerobics and general toning and you'll notice full body+specific area results. [/ really stops lecturing]
ACK! Yeah, actually I've heard the best ways to tone up are aerobics and yoga. And that they're really not as easy as they look. But personal training and time. T__T I can't afford those.
Personal training isn't necessary, but time is T.T Actually I think the easiest way to learn yoga is to use children's videos (or maybe the kid's videos are only easy for kids >.<) I had the YogaKids video's when I was little, but now they make DVDs. (like this one But if I remember correctly the video is only 30 minutes, and within a week or so all the poses are really easy to do if they weren't already.
