I haven't eaten too much today, because I haven't really been hungry, and now that I'm hungry, I'm realizing that all I've eaten is a donut and half of a cookie. I'm going to be healthy this year. Physically and emotionally. That's my resolution. There's such a difference between inside and outside, sitting and standing, moving and not moving. I love everything about all of it, though.
