I have an issue with anger.

Any suggestions? I keep blowing up at people and every time I turn around I'm getting into a fight with someone.....and it's for stupid ass shit that I used to be able to blow off.

I look for fights instead of avoiding them like I know I should. Even worse, I enjoy it.
